The Moer Foundation, based in Boston, partnered with the We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition) program, launched by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Focused on promoting healthy eating, increasing physical activity, and reducing screen time, the foundation offers culturally tailored health education to families in local communities.

Through community events like Walk-a-Thons, Moer Foundation further encourages healthy lifestyles. The success of this initiative has led to plans for expanding outreach to affiliate sites across the country, bringing health awareness to a broader audience.

The early identification of children at risk or experiencing Childhood Obesity, combined with the implementation of cultural sensitive eating patterns, physical activity, may lead to a brighter healthier future for a child.
